MID-CENTURY RETREAT WITH LUSH WOODED VIEWSA Michigan and a Chicago client, this Fennville Modern Home on a beautiful wooded lot steps from the lake, has now completed another large renovation and addition. For the renovation of the main house we removed the original glassed in porch and expanded the living space with a large dining room and a walnut display case for their art. A closet was added at the entry giving a lovely backdrop to the breakfast eating area. New Thayer Coggin furniture was added throughout creating ultimate luxury and style.
A new addition is the beautiful pool house. The black concrete fireplace is a great feature element and the client loves using the space in the summer and the winter.
