Oakland Hills Golf Dreams
A former ranch home that we converted into a two-story home with an amazing balcony facing Oakland Hills Golf Course. Key features include a custom open metal and wood staircase and a limestone-tiled feature wall that spans two levels.
Saugatuck Historic District
A new community favorite in the heart of Saugatuck. This craftsman home, in a dark Hale Navy, nestles perfectly in its surroundings. While intimate in scale, it features five bedrooms (one is a bunk room) and a family game room over the garage.
Midcentury California Inspired in Saugatuck
Sitting on the hill in Saugatuck, this midcentury-inspired home features large patios front and back (one wrapped with Tesselle Breeze Block), connecting the interior spaces. Custom-designed cabinetry and tile work in a midcentury style connect and flow together for a seamless experience.
Lake Street Historic Saugatuck
This home sits on Lake Street as you enter the town of Saugatuck. A former men’s store called The Casual Male, the exterior was in desperate need of a complete makeover. Residing in the historic district, plans were drawn and presented to the Historical Commission. The design features cedar shake, board and batten, along with a beautiful brick front porch and columns.
